AWARDS & RECOGNITION
HP 500 Billion Prints Award

This award represents the printer used by the worldwide team of HP associates to print 500 billion sheets. The arched body with a page extending from the front recognizes the team's achievement while illustrating
a visual narrative.
I designed the award to be produced using sublimated aluminum printing, laser engraved acrylic, and CNC precision cutting. I included the option for the award to be hung on a wall, or sat on a table top using added supports.

Oregon State University Award

This award was presented to members of the Oregon State University Department of Forestry. I chose to keep the profile simple, highlighting the natural wood base with thin orange acrylic to indicate the school's colors without overwhelming the piece. The school's emblem was laser engraved on the front, showcasing the natural coloring of the burnt wood and adding a warmth and texture to balance the rigidity of the acrylic. Utilizing a UV printer, I showcased the text on thicker glossy black acrylic panel inset at the front to elevate the feel.

Oregon State University Memorial

For this piece I used layered acrylic with UV printed elements to create a standing rocket memorial depicting the focus of the recognized individual in the department where it would be displayed. By layering laser cut shapes
I was able to achieve depth in the composition, create a unique profile, and provide physical balance so that the piece felt like it was lifting in an upward motion.
